Italian food was something I loved dearly before I moved to Italy. After four years in Northern Italy, now it's part of my DNA.

I can't speak conversational Italian at all anymore; unless you take me to a restaurant. Then suddenly I'm Donato di Ghiottone, packing all of the foods into my belly while rattling off my menu requests in Italian at 300 km/h.
